Fall is definitely my season! Some of my favorite parts of Fall are apple picking, making pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, wearing layers and most of all celebrating my Birthday!
This navy floral fit n flare dress makes me feel like a beautiful fall princess! There is just something about the colors, fit and the twirl factor with the skirt. Because how else would a fall princess dress and who doesn’t love a good twirl?!? It fits perfectly, the hem is wonderful, the material is thick enough that you don’t need to wear anything underneath but light enough that you’re not too hot. I took it with me to Green Bay and it’s one of those that doesn’t need ironing so it’s perfect for adventures! The weather here has been obnoxiously and abnormally hot in Michigan but once the weather turns again I can’t wait to pair this dress with my sweaters and jackets. I just know it’s going to be on repeat in my wardrobe until winter.
I had the pleasure of checking out a new boutique in Michigan exclusive to curvy girls like me. I can’t tell you how much I loved it and wished it was there when I was growing up. Liz Louize is located in the heart of Royal Oak, not far from the Detroit Zoo and they specialize in lifting your spirits up in feeling fabulous about yourself. Their clothes are adorable, affordable and change with the seasons.
We all know I am a dress girl, and Liz Louize did not disappoint. They had plenty of different colors and patterns in the wonderful fit n flare style as well as many other styles to choose from. Liz Louise also carries a fun variety of skirts, special occasion dresses and plenty of separates to help stock your wardrobe for your day to day life. My Michigan Curvy girls, y’all need to check this place out and let me know what you think. It’s also a wonderful stop if your visiting the area. (Check out their Facebook & Instagram)
If you are in the area on Friday, Liz Louize (738 S. Washington Royal Oak, MI) is having a Grand Opening Party on the 29th at 6:30pm. I would love to meet some of y’all there! Have a fantastic week!
