I firmly believe that every closet needs at least 3 really good sweaters to get you through the cold days. There are some days where I just need a sweater and jeans to head out the door, it’s sort of equivalent to my sundress and flip flops in the warmer months. A basic, a necessity and something to wear when you’re in a hurry or just want to be comfortable. This week I am sharing all about one of my favorite black sweaters.

Jeans/Clutch/Shoes/Earrings

This Calvin Klein sweater is so soft! It literally feels plush but with that means that longer necklaces don’t work with it as it tends to make it snag. That would be the only negative thing that I could think of, because I am in love with this sweater! It has a larger weave pattern that I easily wear a black camisole underneath, however it would be fun with a pop of color as well! Short necklaces, camisole and this sweater is ready to go when the cooler weather hits.

This sweater is totally work wear approved! Just pair it with a pair of grey or black dress pants and it’s perfect for a work environment. To dress it up a bit I would pair it with a mini skirt and a pair of heels for more of a night on the town look. Then of course it can go casual with a pair of jeans and a pair of booties. I love it when one piece can work so many different angles in my closet, after all I love having options!
