I am LOVING this velvet trend and couldn’t wait to share this one with you. This top is just so soft and feminine with a bit of a modern look, and who doesn’t love bell sleeves!?!

This enchanting top is from LC’s Enchanted Garden collection at Kohls, I never watched The Hills but I have always loved Lauren’s collections and couldn’t wait to run to the store to see them in person. Funny story, I actually went for the dress version of this top and was seriously disappointed when it was no where to be found. I was bringing it up online on my phone as I was looking around for an assistant when I saw the words, “online only”.. Talk about feeling like an idiot! Especially considering how many times I stared at that dress online. I figured I’d make the most of the trip and ran across this top which I fell in love with immediately. It’s the same gorgeous pattern, and it’s sheer so I do wear a camisole underneath but I love that chance for an extra pop of color. Plus the top comes in two other colors! Now I’m thinking about ordering the dress I wanted but in the soft pink color, online! 😉

Velvet is finally back in style and this top would even go great with jeans for a more casual look for shopping or brunch. I like to dress it up a bit for a more business casual look, and I’m even thinking about wearing it for Thanksgiving or Glory of Christmas (Christmas Pageant) at my church. I can’t wait to introduce more velvet to my wardrobe!
