I have loved Lilly Pulitzer for quite some time now, but boy not having a store near me to try things on makes it almost impossible to find something that fits perfectly for a curvy girl like me. I can’t tell you how many things I have bought and returned. Not only did I finally find the perfect top but a week later I ended up in a Lilly store and was able to create a guide which I will be sharing next week for you!

You know you bought the right piece when it brings the biggest smile on your face when you try it on. I love everything from the colors to the fit. I chose the Essie Top in the Multi Catch the Wave print. This top is perfect on it’s own or even layering during the cooler months. Lately I have been wearing it with a navy jacket and sweater. The fabric is soft, is adorned with three buttons and even has a little roushing on top of the shoulders.

I kept it bright and cheerful by pairing it with my Kate Spade sandals, my Lilly Pulitzer Hoop earrings and my favorite monogram necklace that I bought from Cora’s Den on Etsy.  I also chose to wear my black Calvin Klein jeans to help let all of the colors pop. Y’all know my new purse wasn’t going to be far behind. At least I’m bringing sunshine and light into my little world in Michigan. For those that don’t know, I woke up to snow this morning. Is it summer yet?
