I am back home and starting this week off with a bang! I don’t know what it is about traveling but I always end up with more inspiration as well as a drive that I like to take advantage of before it wears off. Maybe that’s just the way my mind works best? Anyways, this week I am sharing my travel outfit from my wardrobe which includes these comfy and fun printed pants from Lane Bryant.

I’ve been on the hunt for a printed pair of pants this season since I fell in love with the ones from my Lilly Puitzer Curvy Guide. (Unfortunately they no longer sell those.) I came across these Printed Soft Ankle Pant from Lane Bryant right before my trip and knew I just had to have them! I even bought the matching shorts! They are soft, comfortable, fun and have a sassy detail near the ankle where they tie.

I like to be comfortable on road trips, but I also like to look put together and stylish. Over the years I’ve noticed that people treat you differently when you travel if you look like you’ve put in effort compared to just wearing sweats and looking like you just rolled out of bed. My put together look paired with my sweet Southern demeanor make a great and fun combination when I interact with strangers.  I chose to highlight the pants by pairing it with a slouchy black tank that I picked up at work, Ink Frenzy as well as the most comfortable shoes I own my Tory Burch Miller Patent Black Sandals. My Kate Spade Purse made the trip of course as well as some matching pink earrings, and my gold mirror monogram necklace that I had ordered from Cora’s Den on Etsy!
