When I heard that Main Street Dresser was having a trunk show, I knew I just had to check it out. Lucky for me the hours were perfect for after work and I was able to reapply my lipstick and pop on over. It was such a pleasure finally meeting Andrea, and I just loved the pieces that she brought with her.
The trunk show was held in a local church in my small town of Chelsea. But the wonderful thing is that Andrea’s online store is always open so I can shop anytime I want. I loved the opportunity to see the pieces that I loved online in person. I only tried on a few styles, as she only had a couple left in my size. I immediately fell in love with this Peach Suns Out Tank! (I am wearing a large for reference.) The criss cross detailing is just fun and playful while the length is perfect for my long torso. I love tanks, they are perfect on their own and work beautifully when adding jackets and sweaters for the transition seasons.
I threw on my black Calvin Klein jeans to help make the color pop! I also paired it with my Filigree earrings from Sugarfix, my new booties from the NSale as well as my favorite monogram clutch for a perfect day to night out look. I’ve been wearing this top on repeat this month as a clutch to Summer. I’m preparing Fall looks now and am so not ready to start talking about Winter, so I am clinging onto Summer as long as possible. Speaking of Fall, Andrea has some amazing new looks that would be perfect for the transition season that is fast approaching. Here are some of my favorites:
Have a fantastic week y’all! Exciting things are happening, I have been hard at work at rebranding and am hoping to share it with all of you in September! I will have a new name, new site but will be sharing the same content and style as before. I thought it was time to have an official blog name rather than my freelance name.
I’m also so excited to be seeing Wicked this weekend in Detroit which I have been wanting to see for over 10 years!!!
