I’ve been looking at my content for the month, and prepare yourself for quite a few dresses coming up. Which is fitting since during the Holidays I am in need of quite a few dresses and yet I still can’t figure out which ones I want to wear during formal night on my cruise next month. This week I am sharing how I styled this navy dress for a Holiday party.

I love a good tone on tone on tone and I was able to master just that with this navy dress from Rosegal. This dress can easily go from day to night, I would just add a blazer or sweater for my work day. For my Holiday Party look I wanted to not get too fancy as sometimes it isn’t that kind of party. In fact, that dress is coming up later this month! 😉 This dress has lots of pleats which give great character and originality to the dress. It’s a thicker material but because of the short sleeves you could wear it in any season. I’ve loved it for Fall and Winter especially.

If you’ve been following me for a while you’ll remember this cape from last year. I loved breaking it out again these last few weeks to give an enchanting winter feel to any outfit. They’re classic, fun and dress up anything. I also wore my old sailor’s knot necklace (similar) from Sugarfix for another classic touch and completed the look with my navy booties from Stitch Fix!

I’ve got a long week ahead of me as it’s the busy season for my day job which means I’m working a bit more. Not only that, but I’ve been packing for my trip next month and trying to figure out how to pair down all of my outfits. #FashionistaProblems. Have a blessed week y’all!
