I’m kicking off Fall with everyone’s favorite quarantine fashion item… pajamas! Need a refresh for the new season on your new work wardrobe? I got you covered with my favorites from Soma! The best part is that they are separates so you can mix and match! Plus, they are perfect for this time of year with the changing of the seasons.

Truth time! I am the type of person who gets into her pajamas as soon as I get home. I can’t wait to change once I walk in the door and I secretly hope that I don’t have anyone coming over so that I can stay that way. Fast forward to the pandemic and I’ve been living in my pajamas unless I am needed to show my face in a virtual meeting, then I’m only half wearing my pajamas! 😉 I posted about my first experience with Soma over a year ago and I gotta say, they won me over big time! Throughout the year I not only ordered more pajamas as time went on but switched all of my bras and underwear to the brand as well. I found out with my first pajama purchase that my favorites are the cool nights collection and that holds true to this day.

I normally stick with solids, but there was something about the leopard print crop pants that caught my eye this time! I’m so glad I went outside my comfort zone and got them as they were a perfect addition to my pajama wardrobe. The print is so fun and perfect for this season! I leveled it out of course with the solid black cami. The black swing cami actually has a light shelf bra built in that is not at all constricting but perfect for lounging all day around the house in. The cool nights collection is a soft, light weight fabric that doesn’t irritate the skin. I’ve now worn them in all of the seasons, all different temperatures and I am probably one of it’s biggest cheerleaders!

I told you you could mix and match them! The black pajama pants are currently on my wish list again, because I don’t think you can ever have enough plain black pajama pants! These are probably my most worn item this year by far. It’s the same wonderful, comfortable fabric from the collection and goes great with the other pieces. These pants are full length and when I am standing they go down to the top of my feet. If you were to try any piece from Soma, this would be my number one recommendation to start with! Best part? It has pockets!

In case if anyone was following the tilting coffee cups… yes, there was coffee in all of them! It’s me! Duh! And, yes I spill coffee… a lot!

I took Friday off this week and am looking forward to an extended holiday weekend. I’ve recently been learning to grill, especially now that I am a carnivore. That’s about all that I have planned this weekend, grilling and sewing! Have a blessed week y’all!
