Draped Vest & Kicking off Winter One Cup of Coffee at a Time

Winter has officially hit us here in Michigan. The temps have dropped, snow has hit, there are carols in the air and I’m just trying to get through it one cup of coffee at a time. My season of change hasn’t stopped for a minute and I’m on light speed heading into the new year. I’m focused on layering this time of year. Whether it’s vests, coats, jackets, shrugs, wraps… you name it, I’m layering it. Which is why I am kicking off the season with this draped vest that feels like a blanket wrapped around me all day long.

Leopard Wrap and Lots of Coffee

It’s Birthday week around here for me, and I am having fun celebrating into my new decade. I’ll share more about it next week as well as my thoughts on this next chapter in my life. For now I am keeping all things Fall, I’m even hoping to go get pumpkins later this week. There is nothing this Fall baby loves more than scavenging through a pumpkin patch! After all its Cinderella’s favorite mode of transportation. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Fall Nights with a bit of Glam

There are so many reasons that I love Fall. I went on a walk late last night and it was just a peaceful and relaxing time that I got to spend talking with God and looking up at the stars. The sky was alive last night, the air is in that transition stage, deer were out playing and as far as fashion goes it’s so hot and cold you get to mix it up a bit more than normal. But I live for those moments when I get to dress up a bit more than usual.
