Last weekend I hit the coast of Lake Michigan to one of my favorite lake towns complete with some gorgeous beach vibes and lighthouse views. What does this girl wear to spend a day touring a desert? Apparently, a maxi sundress and flip flops! Let’s be real, when it comes to the warmer temps I am always wearing a sundress. Prior to my trip I had a blast ordering dresses from Main Street Dresser. When I came across this maxi I knew I needed it in both colors, pink and blue! Let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
I am living for those moments in the sun. Especially if it comes with an iced latte in hand. I actually work my day job inside with no windows and no ounce of sunshine. So let me tell you, naps outside on my patio have become an afterwork tradition as are stopping by my new favorite coffee shop on the way home. I’m going to miss these days of throwing on a sundress and running out the door to spend time in the sunshine, so I’m milking it as long as I can.
Spring is in full swing and I am so excited for Easter, y’all better believe that all of my baskets are ready to go! I’m even sporting my new purse that I just got in yesterday, I’ve linked it for you but it won’t be appearing here just yet. Right before the next season I like to treat myself to a Fashom box to bust out some new styles and colors. I knew as soon as I took this maxi out of the box that it would be perfect for my Easter dress and I couldn’t wait to throw it on with my pearls.
We all know that I’m a dress girl, and the temperature outside should make no difference. I know as Winter goes on us in the North get a bit lazy with our wardrobes and tend to live in jeans and sweaters. Well, I’m kicking it up a notch this week with this purple floral maxi dress from Rosegal.
